DESCRIPTIONS  We have in our collection mostly treasured and used items which could be up to 60 years old so it is extremely important to give as full a description as possible. If you have a query or a question on any of the pieces we have for sale you are welcome to contact us by email before you consider a purchase.

SHIPPING  Our aim is to ship all goods within 2 working days of payment clearance. Items under the value of £40 and under the weight of 4kg will be posted to the UK by first Class mail.

When ordering goods over £40 in value we feel it is advisable that you use a fully insured signed for service.

We will always pack your purchases well and with care as we want you to receive them as seen and described. However, should there be a problem with loss, damage or delay we will help you where we can to resolve these issues. In all cases we will retain proof of postage.

GUARANTEE  We are very keen that you are really happy with the special items you have seen on our site and which have prompted you to make a purchase. If, however, you feel that they are not as described - bearing in mind we undertake to mention points of issue and wear etc, we will readily refund your payment. To do this we would like you to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it and cover the cost of the return shipping to the same price and standard as we despatched it.
